Frequently Asked Questions
Get the answers you need, fast. Below are some common questions about our services, care options, and policies. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us directly.
Is the flu shot covered by insurance?
Yes. Most major insurance plans, including Medicare, may cover the seasonal flu shot at 100% with no copay. When you visit us we will check your insurance coverage and confirm.
How does TB (PPD) testing work?
TB testing is a two-part process. You must visit the clinic to have the test placed, and you must return within 48 to 72 hours to have it read by a nurse. If you miss this window, the test is invalid and must be repeated.
Do I need a prescription for a Tetanus shot?
No. If you have stepped on a rusty nail or suffered a dirty wound, simply walk in. We will clean the wound and administer a Tetanus booster (Tdap) immediately if you are due for one.
Can you sign my school or work immunization forms?
Yes. Please bring your specific forms with you. Our providers can review your history, administer necessary vaccines or titers, and sign the paperwork during your visit.
